Floor Plan Description:

The Glenwood is a dreamy transitional 5 bedroom house plan designed for a rear walk-out basement lot.

A 3 car front facing garage gives you plenty of room for projects and works well with a narrow lot.
The open concept living space features tray ceilings, tons of natural light, a fireplace and an open stair down to the lower level.
The sunny kitchen features a eat-in island, pantry closet and door out to the rear deck overlooking the property.
On the left side of a plan, a private hallway connects two secondary bedrooms, the laundry room and a shared bathroom.
To the rear, the primary bed suite features tray ceilings, a huge walk-in closet, optional door access to the rear deck and an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, two bedrooms flank a flexible recreation room and have a door out to the back yard. Half the basement is unfinished for mechanical space and future build outs (see foundation note below).

Foundation Note: The foundation options for this plan only refer to the area labeled as "unfinished basement" on the plan. That area can be delivered as either a full basement, crawlspace or inaccessible slab.
