House Plan License Agreement
By purchasing the plans sold on this website, customer (Licensee) agrees to this license agreement under a single-use license.

Liability & Responsibility of Licensee:
- Boutique Home Plans LLC (The Designer) is not supervising construction and does not express or imply any warranty for the design documents and deliverables. 
- Using these plans implies a Hold Harmless Agreement, meaning the user agrees to indemnify and hold The Designer harmless for any issues related to the design, construction methods, safety precautions, or any alterations made by the user or their agents.
- Liability is limited to the original purchase price of the plans.
- The Designer is not responsible for construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, safety, or any negligent acts by contractors or workers.
- It is the Licensee's responsibility to perform due diligence on zoning code, building code, acquiring permits & approvals, soil evaluation, performing material take-offs, setting material specifications, verifying all dimensions, procuring appropriate insurance, and making site-specific plan adjustments. 

Site-Specific Conditions:
- It is the Licensee's responsibility to obtain additional engineering for site specific conditions such as ground, wind, seismic, snow, or soil conditions.  
- Some jurisdictions may require a stamp from a state-licensed design professional, which is the Licensee’s responsibility to obtain.

Refund & Exchange Policy:
- Due to the digital nature of these plan, no returns can be accepted.

Copyright & Reproducibility:
- All plans are protected by U.S. copyright laws and cannot be copied, resold, or reproduced without consent from The Designer. The Designer retains rights to all custom and modified plans.
- Documents may be digitally watermarked to prevent copyright infringement.
