My wife and I had a great experience designing our new home. During the initial call, Nate listened carefully to our ideas/wants, and his first draft was great. During the follow-up calls, we were able to make minor changes on the fly. For the one or two more substantial changes, we received them back within a day or two each time. For us, the whole process took only about three weeks. Nate was very thoughtful in his designs and was quick with replies to our questions.
